Rijul Poudel
Software Engineering Student
CS student at the University of Kansas. I build for the web, dabble in data science, and shoot photos when I'm not writing code.
About
A bit about me.
I'm studying Computer Science (Minor: Data Science) at the University of Kansas — KU Honors Program, Dean's List, International Excellence Award. I care as much about how software feels as how it works.
I've shipped across the stack: React/Next.js frontends, Python backends, cross-platform mobile apps, and a blockchain social network at a hackathon. Currently working as an IT Technician at KU while building things on the side.
Outside of code I run Crafteako — a photography and videography project. Originally from Kathmandu, Nepal.
Projects
All projectsA cross-platform mobile app built in 48 hours at HackKU 2025 to track lost items by name and location.
A full-stack marketplace where entrepreneurs create, discover, and engage with service listings — built as a CodePath Web 102 final project.
A decentralized social media platform where posts are immutable on-chain — built with Next.js and Solidity at the Midwest Blockathon.
